HELP! I can't stop!!

I do love making these- so fast, so many color/finish combos that can work, and everyone who has seen me wear one loves it!
Hope you like this latest; matte gold iris bugles (from Jane's Fibers, I think) with 4mm Czech jet AB firepolish, copper lined 11°, and gold iris 15°.

This is really cute! I have the worst luck with bugles, how do you keep them from cutting your thread? I keep reading that people file them, but that seems impractical...

Try the miyuki or toho bugles- they have been tumbled after cutting, and sometimes before extra coatings are added, so they behave better. If you do use the sharp ones (they look just like broken glass under magnification), use at least 6# Fireline, and always pull in the direction of the bugle, never across the end. Use seed beads at each of the bugle if the pattern allows, to help with the cutting. Good luck!
